How do I care for the artwork I purchased?

Every care will be taken to ensure your work is set and preserved using the best in materials.  Very few colors however can have weak lightfastness and will inevitably fade slightly over the years.  To reduce this I recommend framing the artwork as soon as possible, keeping out of direct sunlight, and making sure your frame is UV protected.  As most of my works are watercolor, PLEASE keep away from moisture!


What if I don't see an artwork listed?

Unfortunately everything for sale cannot be listed on my site due to space limitations, so if you see something here or on social media that you like, please reach out to me on my contact page or directly to my email: jp (at) johnnyperezart.com.  I can let you know if it is available for purchase and the cost.  I will also be listing non finished or concept works in my Etsy store: HotPressed, where you may be able to find many of my sketches, drawings, and studies.


What if I want a special commission?

When will I receive my item?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and  shipping method. You’ll get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.  Please allow time for a written check to clear if you chose that as your method of payment, likewise for Paypal, and local pickup.  All attempts will be made to inform you of the status of your order as soon as possible.


We try our best to keep shipping rates fair

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. We mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of our packaging costs.


Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items

Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Please email jp (at) johnnyperezart.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.



If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. 


We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.


Customer Privacy

Information you provide to The Store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.


Ordering an item does not subscribe you to the mailing list – the list must be opted-into separately, via our contact page.
